Rewiring Presence: The Practice of Embodied Creativity

3-Day Immersive Experience to connect your body to your imagined goal.

November 18–20, 2025
3:00 PM PST (recordings available)
Live on zoom inside The Neural Playground
Approx. 90 minutes each day

This is...

  • A live, three-day exploration of how to train your nervous system to hold the future you’re calling in.

  • Whether you’re preparing for a performance, an audition, a conversation, a launch, or simply a life that asks more of you—this is your space to practice presence as a state of the body, not a concept in the mind.

  • You’ll learn how to blend imagination with movement so your brain and body can map new possibilities together. When we move as our future self, we load that imagined state into the nervous system—so it becomes not just a vision, but a lived reality.

Each Day We'll...

Practice tuning the nervous system through sensory, visual, and specific movement drills

Explore how to move as the future self you’re cultivating

Feel, track, and hold that expanded state through gentle loading and practice

Share reflections inside The Neural Playground community- sharing helps lock the experience more in to reality- and the accountability helps too!

By the end of the three days, you’ll feel what it’s like to stay connected to yourself while stepping into a new experience- whether it’s on stage, on camera, or in your everyday life.

Who This is For...

Performers, presenters, creators, and sensitives who know how to show up but sometimes lose their body’s cooperation when it matters most.

If you’ve ever nailed it in rehearsal and frozen in the moment, this is for you.

Why It's Free...

This is the first time I’m teaching this sequence- and your feedback will help me shape what comes next!

Your participation and honest reflection are the only cost of entry. Together, we’ll co-create the next evolution of this work.
