These sessions exist for two reasons:

Get your reps in. Bring your music, your monologue, your rehab exercises—whatever you need to practice to improve a skill or overcome an obstacle. Show up and do the work.

Do it joyfully. I created these sessions because I realized I was avoiding vocal practice. Not because it was hard, but because I hated the critic that showed up every time I tried. I needed to relearn how to sing without that critic tearing me apart.

We start with a quick meditation to get your whole system into a good feeling place. Then we work for 30 minutes. You can keep going after that if you want—the structure holds you, but you're not on the clock.
